Quakers Defeat Lafayette Harrison on Friday Night 34-27

The Plainfield Quakers picked up a hard-fought win Friday night, defeating Lafayette Harrison 34–27 in an exciting contest. Running back Luke Starnes powered the Quaker offense, rushing for 268 yards and four touchdowns. Quarterback Bryce Sebanc added 63 rushing yards, while also completing 16 of 25 passes for 130 yards. His favorite target was Zander Nattam, who hauled in seven receptions for 75 yards. The game came down to the final possession, when the Quaker defense stood tall to stop the Raiders from scoring, sealing the victory. Blake Larrison led the defense with six tackles, while Greyson Hardin, Jordan Robertson, and Mason Mantooth each added five tackles. The JV Quakers fell 13-20, while the freshmen tied Harrison 13-13 on Saturday morning.
